Server Rules & Policies

📜 Welcome to MUO2

BELOW ARE OUR PRIVATE SERVER POLICIES, RULES AND SANCTIONS.

🤝 By registering and playing on our server you agree to the following rules, policies and sanctions in-game, website and discord. 🤝

🔓 1. Exploit and Hacking

  • You are not allowed to use any 3rd party software such as hacks, accelerators, packet sniffers and/or editors.
  • You are not allowed to exploit any possible in-game bug, no matter the situation.
  • You are not allowed to exploit website modules (virtual machines voting, VPN abuse).
  • Hiding a bug or glitch without reporting it is also punishable.
🤬 Punishment: Permanent account and machine block!

🖕 2. Code of Good Manners

  • /Post chat is to be used only in English (International server).
  • You are not allowed to swear at and/or threaten other players.
  • No discrimination in any form (birthplace, religion, sexual orientation, etc.).
  • No advertising of other servers, cheats, or unwanted links.
🤬 Punishment: Warning, Character Ban or Permanent Block.

😈 3. Staff Impersonation

  • Do not act, threaten or request anything in the name of staff.
  • Do not claim to be a friend or relative of staff members.
  • Do not create accounts that could be mistaken for administration.
🤬 Punishment: Permanent account & machine block.

📦 4. Fraud and Virtual Goods

  • No account trading.
  • No item trading for real money (RMT).
  • No selling / buying leveling or farming services for real cash.
  • No vote abuse.
🤬 Punishment: Permanent account block.

⚔️ 5. Misleading Reports

  • No public accusations of cheating / hacking without solid proof.
  • No false reports against players or staff.
  • Editing screenshots is strictly forbidden.
🤬 Punishment: Warning or Character Ban.

🪙 6. Refund & Donation Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds.
  • Donations are voluntary and help improve the server.
  • Donators are equal to non-donators and follow the same rules.
  • By paying you agree not to dispute or chargeback.

🛡 7. Staff Authority & Prohibitions

  • MUO2 Administration decisions are absolute.
  • Staff will never ask for your password.
  • GMs are prohibited from using their powers to benefit personal accounts.
  • GMs cannot participate in Castle Siege on GM accounts.

🚫 8. Privacy & Anti-Hack

Data Collection

We collect data on registration (email, name) to personalize your experience and process transactions.

GDPR

All information is stored safely. You can request full removal of your data at any time.

PC System Anti-Hack

Our Antihack may gather info about running applications to ensure fair play. Detected threats are terminated.
