1. Connection to server failed?
Sorry, we cannot start the game anymore: Could not connect to server. Connection to server failed.
How to fix:
• Run the game as an administrator.
• Wait 15 minutes, then log in again.
• If you still cannot connect, use a VPN.
• If the VPN does not solve the issue, send a private message to the administration. Include your account login and IP address.

2. Failed to download [main.exe]?
This issue usually happens because Windows Defender or a third-party antivirus has quarantined or deleted the main.exe file, flagging it as a false positive due to our client protection and encryption systems.
How to fix:
• Restore from Quarantine: Open your antivirus or Windows Defender history, locate the quarantined file related to your game folder, and select "Restore" or "Allow on device".
• Add an Exclusion: To prevent the antivirus from deleting the file again during updates, add your entire game folder to your antivirus exclusion list (In Windows Defender: Go to Virus & threat protection settings > Exclusions > Add or remove exclusions and select your game folder).
• Re-run Launcher: Once the folder is excluded, run Launcher.exe to download the fresh main.exe without interference.

If you are experiencing "tofu" fonts issue (blank rectangular boxes instead of text in the game menu or chat).
How to fix:
• Download ARIALUNI.TTF from the Patches & Fixes section above.
• Simply run the file and install it to your system registry.
• Close the game launcher and restart the game for the changes to take effect.
• This fix will properly register the missing font required for Season 20.
